6.2 All bookings made online are confirmed by email or are not deemed to be complete. Please call us if you do not receive a confirmation.
6.3 If you select “Virtual Consultation”, you must pay in full, in advance, before a confirmation is sent.
6.4 Bookings made online are subject to the normal cancellation policy of the clinic which is 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
6.5 If you do not attend or notify us of your absence within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.6 All prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change. You will pay the price advertised at the time of booking.
6.7 You have the right to cancel any booking made up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
7. Severance
7.2 If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
